- Principles of Working as a Security Officer in the Private Security Industry: Here, you’ll learn about the role and responsibilities of a security officer, patrolling, access and egress control, searching, security systems, and dealing with incidents.
- Application of Conflict Management in the Private Security Industry: This unit equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and defuse conflicts in a variety of scenarios, understanding the importance of effective communication and negotiation strategies.
Assessment and Examination
Your competence will be assessed through practical scenarios and three multiple-choice exams, one for each unit. These exams ensure that you have grasped the key principles of each unit and are prepared for work in the security industry.
