In cases where a site doesn’t have security personnel, we train the client’s staff in the code of practice and conflict management to issue PCNs effectively

Transparent and Fair Pricing
While the Code of Practices permits charges up to £100 (reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days), we charge £80, reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days. This pricing strategy seeks to educate the public without causing significant backlash.


An Appeals Department That Listens
Our appeals department brings a human touch to the process, applying common sense to each individual appeal and thoroughly advising appellants about their right to take their appeal to the Parking On Private Land Appeals Service (POPLA).
While the industry norm with POPLA leans 60/40 in favour of the public, our unique approach results in a far more balanced outcome. We attribute this to our comprehensive staff training, clear signage, knowledgeable back-office staff, and proactive, people-focused approach. Our internal statistics reflect this, standing at 80/20 in our favour.
